the service was great, including a satisfactory breakfast with yogurt and juices, for example. location: the hotel was short walk to cloverdale being the nearest exit, a restaurant, almost home, in nearby greencastle, and two trucks trucks.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like!

The hotel stuff was understanding and courteous. We booked family room and could use wake-up service, available in it. Really enjoyed a good bathroom.

Did not realize only room left was handicapped and also no refrigerator in the room which we like when traveling.

There was a hole in one of my washclothsand although it appeared clean the bathroom smelled like urine so strong that you could smell it in the bedroom I could not wait to get out of there I did not stay the two nights I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I spent two other nights on this trip at holiday inns and was very pleased with both of them.

We were there only 7 hours. Service and the bed was good.

They fell short of amount of food in the morning. Could not keep up with the amount of people verses amount of food needed.

I was greeted with warm cookies and a sweet smile upon arrival, which instantly. The indoor pool and the cozy jacuzzi were perfect. The only downside was the slightly awkward entry door that could've used a little more ease for wheelchair access, but overall, it was a fantastic stay 😊

It was a place to sleep along the highway.

Everything could have been better. From waiting at the front desk for a surly employee to check us in, to the disgusting breakfast.

Stayed in a King Suite and it was clean and spacious. The indoor pool provided a perfect spot for relaxation after a long day. Breakfast had a variety of options that were tasty, especially the cinnamon rolls. I faced some issues with the Wi-Fi being unreliable, which caused minor disruptions . The check-in process was smooth, and staff were friendly and helpful. The location is great, close to local attractions. Just wished the Wi-Fi worked better .

I had a great stay! The room was clean and comfortable with thoughtful amenities, like identifiable pillow firmness. The breakfast was fantastic, with a variety of hot and fresh options, too!

We appreciated having the king suite we reserved without any hassle. The room was clean and we enjoyed the indoor pool facilities. Location-wise, it's close to local attractions! Free wifi was a nice touch too.
